    To capture a month.

Time leaves its signature on every plant—in its flavour, aroma and natural chemistry. We bring those signatures together in products that capture the essence of a calendar month.

Some plants grow on our farm in Somerset. Others come from our Botanical Estate, stretching from the Arctic Circle to Cape Horn. Each edition is composed and made here in tiny batches.

Every edition is independently analysed and accompanied by its own Plant Passport—provenance and proof of what is inside. Naturally limited, each edition is offered by allocation.

    AVAILABLE BY ALLOCATION

    THE BOTANICAL ESTATE

    One estate. Many landscapes.

Ebbor begins at our farm in Somerset and extends through the growers and landscapes we work with across more than ten countries.

Each relationship is built around a particular plant, the place where it grows and the character of that year’s harvest.

    PRODUCTION

How each Monthly Botanical edition is made.

Each monthly edition is built in layers from as many as 20 botanicals. Delicate aromas are each captured at low temperature, then composed, bottled and labelled by hand in Somerset. Every harvest is limited—and so is every edition.

    PLANT PASSPORT

    Provenance & proof

Every Monthly Botanical edition is independently analysed before release. Its Plant Passport records the principal plants, their growers and harvests, selected compounds measured in the finished bottle, and the Somerset batch in which they came together.

    The Founder

Made for your year. Shared with the people you love.

Rich grew up on a farm beneath Ebbor Gorge in Somerset, the hidden limestone landscape from which the company takes its name. He began his career with a wine merchant supplying some of London’s best restaurants, where he saw how geology, climate and season could make grapes of the same variety express themselves profoundly differently.

From the Arctic to Cape Horn, Ebbor has searched for landscapes that transform the plants growing within them. The pursuit is not simply of unusual plants, but of exceptional relationships between plant and place — differences that can be identified, measured and preserved in the finished product.
