The bottle
A 750ml bottle of botanical concentrate, hand-filled in Somerset, with your name on the label. Thirty measured serves, and the Plant Passport for that month's botanicals.
Pour 25ml over ice, add 200ml of soda or sparkling water, stir and serve.
Thirty serves, so about a month at one a day. Keep it refrigerated once opened; it holds its character for thirty days.

Membership
£29 an edition, delivered. No postage to add and no minimum term.
Join the register. It is free and carries no obligation, and we write to you when a place opens. Places are limited by the rare and seasonal plants we use and our production methods that just can't be replicated at scale
Yes, at any time, from your account, with no notice period. Pause as often as you need — we ask only that you take six editions in any twelve months to keep your place.
There is no minimum commitment. First join the register; when a place becomes available, you can accept your first edition and become a member. You may cancel at any time, including after that first edition. Cancelling releases your place to the next person on the register, so we cannot guarantee when another will become available.
January 2027, and it is just one hundred bottles.
If the box is unopened, return it within 14 days for a full refund. Once a bottle is opened we cannot take it back — it is a food product, made to order and filled by hand for one person. Anything that arrives damaged or faulty we replace, always.

The plants
From our Somerset home farm and from growers across our botanical estate that we have spent years assessing. Every harvest is recorded by cultivar, grower, site and date.
The record of provenance behind each edition: where every botanical came from, how it was harvested, and the vitamins, minerals and plant compounds measured in the finished drink. Every edition carries one.

Windfalls
Occasionally, a bottle becomes available after the month’s allocations have been made.
Join Windfalls and we’ll let you know when one does. There is no regular schedule and no guarantee that every edition will become available.
