A pack of 10 × 30 mL bottles — £25, £2.50 a serve. Each small bottle is one serve, so a pack is 10 serves in all. Every Ebbor edition is bottled this way.

A bottle you order is delivered within 10 days of your order, with tracking when it leaves Somerset. The Botanical Year and future editions follow their own timing: each is sent as it is released, and we will tell you when places open.

A standing arrangement rather than a single purchase. Choose a rhythm and a new edition arrives as each one is composed — 12 editions across the year taken monthly, or 4 taken with the seasons. Each delivery is one pack of 10 × 30 mL bottles.

Monthly is £25 per month — 12 packs a year, £300 in total.

No. An edition can be taken on its own, whenever you choose. The Botanical Year is the ongoing arrangement: the next edition comes to you as each one is composed, instead of you deciding each time.

Because no single farm grows everything at its best. Home Farm grows what Somerset grows well; for the rest, we work with growers and gatherers in the landscapes where each plant does best—northern bogs, old orchards, particular coasts. We buy the harvest where the plant grows well, not from wherever is convenient.

Home Farm is where every edition is composed, filled and finished. The work happens in one place, and each release is independently analysed before it leaves. Provenance is part of the product; it helps that the editions are made somewhere we can account for all of it.

An edition arrives as a pack of 10 small glass bottles, each one poured as it is needed, with a personalised label and the Plant Passport for that release.

Because each edition is composed as a concentrate. Thirty millilitres, chilled and taken neat, is the serve. A small measure is also a pace—it is a moment to take slowly, not a glass to finish. Later in the day it can be lengthened over ice with cold sparkling water.

Because the liquid is precious. Part of the enjoyment is a moment to slow down—a quiet moment to yourself. Even the act of sipping is slow and thoughtful: a small pour in a cold stone bowl, held in both hands. Stone keeps the serve cold without ice, so nothing dilutes what the harvest made.

Once opened, keep the bottle refrigerated and follow the storage instructions and use-by information on its label.

Members receive early notice when an edition is about to open, as well as field notes and news from the Estate. You can manage those preferences in your dashboard.

It may. We may return to the same plant and place in another season, but every harvest makes its own edition. If you took an earlier release, we will invite you when its next release is ready—without any obligation.

From time to time, we invite members to tastings, gatherings and open days. Members hear about them first.

Every finished edition is independently analysed. Its Plant Passport records the principal plants, provenance and selected composition measured in that release.

We look for plants in landscapes far from home and work to preserve what each harvest carries—but we are not a company built on marketing. We are about measurement. The Passport publishes what an independent laboratory measured in a finished edition, so you can see whether the work delivered the quality we aim for: the plants, the place and the composition. Nothing promised, nothing claimed.
