THE PLANT PASSPORT
Each finished edition is independently analysed. Every bottle arrives with a Plant Passport: a printed record of the plants, their provenance and the composition measured in that release.
One harvest, one composition, one record. Because no two harvests are alike, no two Passports read the same.
Every plant in the edition, named by cultivar where a cultivar is known, with the field, orchard or hedgerow it came from.
The landscape and the farm, so the bottle can be traced back to the ground the harvest was taken from.
When the plants were picked and how quickly they reached the barn in Somerset, where they were preserved.
The measured composition of the finished edition, taken from independent analysis of that release.
