01 · HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
Membership begins with an allocation.
EBBOR products are offered through allocations—standing reservations within particular series of editions.
Monthly Botanical is the first allocation within The Botanical Year: a new 0.0% botanical concentrate released for each calendar month. Taking a Monthly Botanical allocation reserves one personalised bottle from every edition.
Join the Register free, and we’ll let you know when an allocation becomes available. Each invitation introduces the product, its cadence, price and commitment. You then choose whether to request a place.
Membership begins when you accept your first allocation. You may subsequently hold more than one.
02 · MONTHLY BOTANICAL
One edition every month.
A new composition of exceptional fruits, flowers, leaves, herbs and roots, drawn from the finest available harvests.
Every finished edition is analysed and accompanied by its Plant Passport and batch film.
One bottle. Thirty serves. £29 delivered.
03 · What you receive
Each edition includes:
- One 750ml bottle, filled and labelled by hand in Somerset
- Thirty measured serves
- A new seasonal composition each month
- Your name printed on the label
- A Plant Passport recording the principal plants, cultivars, growers, places and harvests
- Access to your edition’s batch film—from harvest and analysis to production in Somerset
04 · Made for the changing year
The year asks different things of you in January than it does in June.
Each month, we compose a new drink from our palette of exceptional plants, fruits and botanicals, chosen to suit the mood and rhythm of that moment in the year.
As the season changes, so do the plants, the measured compounds and the character of the drink. Your Plant Passport records what was chosen, where it came from and what was measured in the finished bottle.
05 · Simple, flexible membership
Each edition costs £29, including delivery.
There is no joining fee, Monthly Botanical has no tiers and no minimum term. You are charged monthly before your bottle enters production.
Pause before the monthly cut-off whenever you do not need an edition. To retain your Monthly Botanical allocation, receive at least six editions in any twelve months.
Leave at any time through your account—without calling, emailing or giving a reason. Releasing your place sends the account dormant; it does not return you to the Register. Because your bottle is made and labelled for you, an edition cannot be cancelled after it has been charged and entered production.
06 · Why editions are allocated
The harvest decides how much we can make.
Every edition depends upon exceptional plants from a particular grower, place and harvest. We produce only the quantity that the available material and our work in Somerset can support without compromise.
As capacity becomes available within an allocation, places are offered through the Register. Existing allocation holders retain priority while their holding remains active. New places are offered in the order people joined.
Before accepting a place, EBBOR explains the allocation and its first edition. Joining the register is free and carries no obligation.
Nothing is held back to create scarcity. There is simply a limit to how much can be made to the standard we require.
06 · Questions
