Each year, we publish what we gave, where it went and what it helped restore.
How it works
The Ebbor Foundation directs 1% of net revenue toward protecting and restoring the landscapes where our botanicals are grown and wild-harvested.
We prioritise work at the source — soil health, water quality, habitat regeneration and grower education. Our first commitments are in the British Isles, with future projects in the landscapes that supply each edition.
At the end of each year we publish a short report: what was contributed, where it was spent and what it changed. No grand claims. Just clear numbers, real places and the people who steward them.
