Ebbor Trade
Editions for tables, shelves and cellars.
Ebbor works with a small number of restaurants, hotels, retailers and hospitality partners. Trade allocations are offered from the same finite releases as consumer editions.
- The bottles
- Each 500ml bottle makes twenty serves. Every edition is 0.0%, composed from a particular harvest and accompanied by its Plant Passport.
- The releases
- Trade partners may reserve six or twelve bottles from an open edition. For larger quantities, tell us what you need. Availability is determined release by release.
- The relationship
- We welcome partners who care about flavour, provenance and the people behind a harvest. We will share release notes, delivery windows and the story behind each edition.
